Lifeline Central Coast welcomes the community to walk on the 10th September in recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day. We invite you to join or organise an Out of the Shadows Walk at your own time and place in recognition of the 9 lives lost to suicide everyday in Australia.
Walk to raise awareness and support for suicide and suicide prevention, so together we can move out of the shadows and into the light towards an Australia free of suicide.

Tragedy strikes the lives of over 3,000 Australians every year as they lose their battle with suicide. These individuals are more than just statistics; they are our family, friends, and loved ones. However, amidst this heart-wrenching reality, there is hope.
