In Community, For Community and With Community
Everything we do at LLD is underpinned by being “In community” (working as a team), “for community” (for those who seek our help), and “with community” (with our valuable sector partners and through listening to the voice of lived experience).
On day one of Lifeline, 111 calls for help were answered. 60 years on, we are averaging around 3000 calls per day across the country. Meeting this demand is only possible through the amazing people who support our work. That is, our team of both volunteer and paid staff, our Board, our supporters and funders and the network of organisations we work with, including other Lifeline Centres.
