We have a fun, passionate and engaged team at Lifeline Direct. We are in an exciting phase of growth and expansion within the regions we operate, developing a new strategy for FY24-27 and through an amalgamation with On The Line Australia (OTLA) on 1 October 2023, our team continues to work together to build the foundations of a future focused organisation.
As LLD continues to grow and adapt to meet the growing needs of those who seek our help, we continued to support our team at Lifeline Direct through this change journey.
We see people both internally and externally at the forefront and focus of everything we do. A recent review of the organisations capability and capacity helped us ensure that with a new and merged team we could focus on the culture and expected synergies the amalgamation will bring.
Our volunteers are the life blood of our organisation with their passion and commitment to helping others through their roles. With a workforce of over 750 people who continued to provide invaluable support across multiple areas of our organisation. We are grateful the time and energy our volunteers are willing to give to better their communities.
We are thankful for our team who continue to strive towards a shared purpose of supporting those that seek our help in our communities, and carry a clear understanding that with growth, more lives can be saved.
