Our mission
To support and equip people in our communities to seek and provide help in a way, a time and at a place that works for them. Lifeline supports our community and people experiencing difficulty through accessible crisis support, counselling and group therapy services, education, community capacity building and referral services. Everyone in our organisation plays a role in the promotion of help seeking and breaking down the stigma associated with mental health.
We do this by:
- Being there for people 24/7 delivering a range of national and localised helplines and digital services
- Connecting people with care
- Being a voice of calm in crisis
- Being “in community, for community and with community”.
