Lifeline Shops stock a modern and collectable range of goods. Our stores all have a solid track record of sales, especially in clothing and accessories, books and homewares. Some of our larger stores also stock furniture. Shops are supported by centralised warehouses in our larger regions to help manage stock management and distribution to shops.
Working in a Lifeline Shop
If you have a passion for fashion and charity retail, with a flare for visual merchandising, Lifeline Shops can provide a great career path for you.
We also have opportunities available in our warehouses, sorting facilities and logistics, which service stock management to support our retail network's supply of second hand goods.
You will have the opportunity to work with volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are.
Hourly rate and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Award and include weekend penalty rates.
Roles are often hands-on, with room to showcase your style and flare to add value to our Lifeline Shops. You will be encouraged to share and implement your ideas to grow sales, to support shops meeting budget and bring in much needed funds to support our frontline services.

Our shops are focused on maintaining a high level of Work Health & Safety compliance.
There is room for progression in your career with, Retail Assistant, Retail Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and Head of Retail roles within the organisational structure.
