The theme for the FY22 report was Community Impact, highlighting through our services and work in the community the measurable impact Lifeline Direct (LLD) has within local communities.
This year it tells a story of resilience, strength and reliability that we will continue to be there, motivated by the people that need us in their most desperate times. It is a proud reminder of all we have and continue to achieve.
Our mission is to support people across the country and in our communities to seek help in a way, at a time and in a place that works for them. LLD supports the community and people who may be struggling by providing accessible crisis support, counselling, education, community capacity building and referrals to other services.
We do this by:
- Connecting people with care and listening non-judgmentally
- Being part of our local communities
- Providing a voice of calm in crisis
