Stress Down Day 24th July, a fun and easy initiative designed to raise awareness around stress in the workplace, and an opportunity to raise vital funds for Lifeline Crisis Services.
Lifeline relies on fundraising and donations to help cover the cost of providing local crisis support and suicide prevention services. It costs Lifeline $39 to answer each crisis call, and we currently receive over 3,100 calls to 13 11 14 crisis line every day.
Research shows that 90% of Australians feel stressed - with 74% of people reporting being stressed from work.

Host a morning tea or another initiative in your workplace to promote taking a break and the importance of selfcare to help reduce stress levels. Have fun with your team while raising awareness and vital funds for Lifeline.
