Get fit, have fun and push for better mental health with Lifeline.
Join us this June for The Push-Up Challenge, a nationwide initiative to promote mental health awareness and support Lifeline's critical services. From June 4 to 26, participants across Australia will aim to complete 3,214 push-ups, reflecting the number of Australians who tragically lost their lives to suicide in 2023.
Why Participate in the Push Up Challenge?
- Get Fit: Challenge yourself physically by aiming for the full or half target. Can't do push-ups? No problem! Alternative exercises like sit-ups, squats, or tailored movements are welcome.
- Learn About Mental Health: Each day of the challenge corresponds to a vital mental health statistic, providing participants with valuable insights and fostering greater awareness.
- Have Fun: Whether you participate solo or form a team with friends, family, or colleagues, the challenge offers a sense of community and shared purpose.
