Whilst 2020 will be a historically difficult year for everyone, FY 2020 was a turning point for Lifeline Direct (LLD) as our services grew in support of people across Australia through delivery of Lifeline’s phone and text services. We also reached out and met more people than ever, through our local community-based face to face services and training.
Lifeline feels proud to have also been able to extend our support through innovation and adaption of our services such as online training and video counselling being introduced. Making them more accessible that ever before.
