Melbourne, push for better mental health, one rep at a time!
Hey Melbourne! Ready to push for better mental health? Join The Push-Up Challenge 2025 from 4-26 June. Let's complete 3,214 push-ups together!
Why Join The Push-Up Challenge?
The Push-Up Challenge isn't just about fitness, it's about education, connection, and fundraising for mental health services. Since its inception in 2017, the event has:
- Completed Over 1 Billion Push-Ups: Participants have collectively achieved this remarkable milestone, showcasing dedication and unity.
- Engaged Over 600,000 Australians: Individuals from all walks of life have supported mental health initiatives.
- Raised Over $50 Million: These funds have been directed to crucial mental health services nationwide.
By participating, you'll be part of a movement that inspires action, raises awareness, and supports life-saving mental health services for Lifeline in the Hunter.

How does it work?
Participants aim to complete 3,214 push-ups over 23 days, reflecting the number of Australians who lost their lives to suicide in 2023. Daily push-up targets align with mental health statistics, providing valuable insights while working towards your goal.
Melbourne-based Teams and individuals can track progress online via the Push Up Challenge app, engage in friendly competition, and make a real difference in your community across Australia and with those closest to you.
