Lifeline's mental health and suicide awareness training courses for community and workplace

Lifeline’s Skills-for-Life training is designed to strengthen our capacity to support people within our communities. We aim to build suicide aware and safe communities by providing courses for business and community members in suicide prevention.

The highly accredited and well-known Lifeline training covers a highly complementary range of mental health courses including being skilled to acutely and astutely listen to someone, the ability to recognise domestic violence, a mental health condition or risk of suicide. As well as the ability to be mindful of self-care. There is a reason the Lifeline training is dubbed Skills-For-Life.

Mental health awareness in both the community and workplace is paramount to working towards an Australia free of suicide.
