About the service
Counselling services can help people struggling with personal issues. Lifeline counselling can help you find solutions to improve your mental health and well-being. It can also support you in overcoming emotional, social or behavioural difficulties.
It is Lifeline’s commitment to our community to provide no cost counselling services with minimal waiting periods.
We also offer counselling from a number of outreach centres, so please be sure to ask which would be the closest location for you.
Our counsellors are tertiary trained and accredited professionals. They are also graduates of Lifeline’s Personal Counselling Training Program and must meet Lifeline’s strict annual internal performance and development accreditation standards.
Our face to face counselling service has also introduced counselling via Telehealth to help make the service even more accessible to people.
Appointments are available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
