Lifeline Community Counselling

Supporting communities in flood, bushfire recovery and COVID-19 response. No charge. No referral required

Counselling services can help people struggling with personal issues. Lifeline with the support of NRMA and RACV is proud to be able to provide a video counselling service at no cost to those who have been impacted by recent bushfires and/or COVID19.

Lifeline can support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing and work with you to overcome emotional, social or behavioural difficulties. Clients will have access to continued support through an assigned counsellor to help provide continuity in care. You do not require a referral to initiate contact with our video counselling service. This means you can access professional counselling when you are ready and from a place that suits you.

What to expect at your first video counselling appointment?

At the beginning of your first session, a counsellor will help you clarify what is happening for you and identify your goals for counselling. They will work with you to assess your current situation and offer counselling support aimed at improving your mental health and addressing areas of concern.
