What to expect at your first counselling appointment?

Counselling services can help people struggling with personal issues. Lifeline is proud to be able to provide a counselling service at no cost to the communities we work with.

At the beginning of your first session, a counsellor will help you clarify what is happening for you and identify your goals for counselling. They will work with you to assess your current situation and offer counselling support aimed at improving your mental health and addressing areas of concern. You will be connected with the same counsellor for future sessions.
